I have colleague who smiles whenever I see her. Her name is Carmie; a Philippino. She's on attachment at my workplace for six months. Though she smiles often, I can see that whenever I see her, she forces herself to smile back at me. From her expression, I acn see that she's coing with some personal problems.I tried to show some concern about her, just to make sure she feels that at least she has someone who is concern. But I really hope she's alright...
